Abstracts and articles design requirements
Abstracts should be written in text redactor MS Word in separate file with А4 sheet format; double-spaced with 2 cm all margins, typed by Times New Roman 12. The title page must include the following information: title, each author's full name, organization and country. Main text should consist of the following paragraphs: introduction, objectives, material and methods, results, conclusions.
In the same file after the main text please mention also co-authors place of work, e-mail and address of contact person.
It is obligatory for full-text articles to have list of summaries ( in English , Ukrainian and Russian ). Illustrations if available should be stored in separate files in JPEG format , tables – exceptionally using MS Word redactor ( without character graphics!).

Abstracts and articles should be sent via e-mail to conference2008@telemed.net.ua or by regular mail stored on disk 3.5 / CD - ROM to the Conference Board address.
Conference materials will be published in “Ukrainian Journal of Telemedicine and Medical Telematics”. Materials should be formed to abstracts (1-2 p.) or full-text articles (3-8 p.).

Presentation design requirements
Official conference languages: English and Ukrainian
Presentation: format PowerPoint Windows 9x and higher
Poster: colour or greyscale, format A1
